Philodendron White Princess
Philodendron White Princess
Move over, Beyoncé - there's a new queen in the group chat. I'm the Philodendron White Princess, and my party trick is chemistry: my pure-white leaf sections contain zero chlorophyll. Those porcelain patches can't feed themselves at all - my green parts do all the work and split the bill. Aristocracy, basically.
That's also why I'm rare and never mass-produced from seed - only careful cuttings keep the royal line going. Current stock is low-variegation (said with our usual honesty), and every new leaf is a chance at more white.
Bright, indirect light only - my white sections sunburn like tourists. Water when my topsoil dries.
What you'll get (no surprises):
- Medium - 140mm nursery pot, approx 15-30cm
Pets: crown jewels, not kibble - toxic if chewed.
Maintain the royal glow with the Leaf Shine & Plant Food Duo and seat me on a Pierre Terrazzo Pot in White.
🌱 One tree planted with every order.

Key attributes
A collector’s dream plant and one of the best to start with. Deep green glossy leaves flecked and marbled with white and cream patterns. Naturally it is a clumping plant but it can be trained to grow up a totem or drape over the edge of a pot.
Your new White Princess comes in one size and could grow up to approximately 1m in height.
Medium: 15cm-30cm in height. Planted in a 140mm black nursery pot.
*Please note white variegation may be low and not guaranteed.
Please note our decorative pots are sold separately.
Care mode
Keep moist during the warmer month periods and generally drier during the winter cooler months. The more variegation the leaf has, the more sensitive it is to bright sunlight.
Feeding your indoor plants
To get the best out of your indoor plants, you will need to feed them some food. The Good Plant Co Indoor Plant Food will provide all the nutrients they need to grow more leaves and help them stay strong. When the plant is actively growing during the warmer months, it needs a bit more food and water. During the slow growing season (cooler winter months) your plant doesn’t eat or drink as much (no extra winter layer of fat for these babies). Sometimes it’s ok to be a helicopter parent – respond to your plant’s needs. To keep the dust off your beautiful indoor plant leaves use The Good Plant Co Leaf Shine. Moral of the story, if it is growing new leaves then it will need more water and food!
We take great care in growing, packaging, and shipping your new plants so they’re ready to thrive in your home. This includes keeping them safe while they travel from our wholesale nursery to your doorstep.
