Exchanges and Refunds
Plants are tricky to return as they are a living thing. The Good Plant Co. want you to love your new plant as much as we do. We take care to ensure that your new plants and pots are packaged to reach you in the best possible state. If there is an issue with the plants and/or pots upon delivery, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your new green goodies and we’ll do our very best to help you find a solution.
Our company policy does not support refunds with Afterpay purchases. All sales made through Afterpay are final, however we are happy to offer an exchange or store gift card valid for 3 years. Afterpay is a separate entity and charges us a fixed percentage of each sale, which is not reimbursed with refunds. Thanks for your understanding. Any queries in its regard must be emailed to them directly.
