Exchanges and Refunds

Here at The Good Plant Co. we want you to love your new plant as much as we do. We guarantee that every plant will arrive in good health, and all plants are guaranteed for 30 days after arrival. We take great care and pride of our plants in our greenhouse as well as in the protective packaging we use to ship our plants.

Plants don’t love drastic changes to their environment so some weariness or minor cosmetic blemishes are to be expected. It may take a few days or weeks for your plant to adjust to its new home and thrive.

We love our plants and want to ensure that you do as well! We will happily send you a replacement free of charge in the unlikely event that your plant arrives dead. Repotting your indoor plant into a new pot within the first 30 days will void our 30-day guarantee.

If your plant has arrived damaged, and your purchase was made less than 30 days ago, please capture a few photos of your damaged item. Please send your photos through to hello@thegoodplantco.com.au along with your order number and we'll do our very best to help you find a solution. (Please note: We are unable to process refunds after 30 days.)

Additionally, we take great care in selecting the best products for our customers that will help support and enhance your plant’s life. If a care product or accessory arrives damaged or shows signs of being defective within 14 days of its arrival, we are happy to offer a replacement or store credit.

Photos are required as proof of damage in order for us to help with your replacement. Please note that if a plant is out of stock we are not able to offer the same plant as a replacement.

Afterpay Purchases

Our company policy does not support refunds with Afterpay purchases. All sales made through Afterpay are final, however we are happy to offer an exchange or store gift card valid for 3 years. Afterpay is a separate entity and charges us a fixed percentage of each sale, which is not reimbursed with refunds. Thanks for your understanding. Any queries in its regard must be emailed to them directly.
