Shipping 

We take great care in growing, packaging, and shipping your new plants so they’re ready to thrive in your home. This includes keeping them safe while they travel from our wholesale nursery in Queensland to your doorstep.

We have a flat rate shipping fee on all orders of $30.00.

Our team will be taking a much-deserved break from Thursday 25th April and will return to work on Monday 29th April. No orders will be dispatched from our warehouse during this time. Online orders placed from 12pm Wednesday 24th April and during our break period will start to be dispatched from Monday 29th April 2024.

Important Pre-Mother's Day Delivery Information

In order to have your orders delivered in time for Mother's Day please see the following online order cutoff dates:

Thursday 2nd May, 9am - Adelaide, Albury, Bendigo.

Friday 3rd May, 9am - Melbourne, Geelong, Canberra, Orange, Cairns, Townsville.

Monday 6th May, 9am - Sydney, Wollongong, Central Coast, Coffs Harbour, Mackay, Newcastle.

Wednesday 8th May, 9am - Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast, Toowoomba.

For orders placed after these dates, we will continue packing and dispatching in hope that these orders might still arrive in time or just after Mother's Day.

When can I expect my order?

After your order is placed, we will endeavour to package your order within less than 3 business days.

During hotter months, our orders are shipped Monday through Thursday to make sure your new babies don’t get stuck in a mailroom over the weekend! 

Delivery times may vary depending on delivery location. We endeavour to ship your order, so it arrives as soon as possible (courier shipping service typically takes 3-5 business days to deliver to metro areas from time of dispatch and for more regional locations an additional day or so may be needed to complete the delivery) however this is mostly out of our control once it leaves our packing shed.

Please note shipping timeframes can differ during busy holiday seasons.

Where do you ship?

Due to Australian Quarantine Laws we currently only ship plants to all metro areas in QLD, NSW, VIC, ACT and SA. 

Can you ship to a PO Box or Parcel Box/Drop?

Our courier service is unable to deliver to either of these. Please ensure you provide a physical address for delivery at the checkout.
