Aloha! Although I come from the Ficus family, I’m definitely a stand out in the indoor plant crowd. I’m a cute little fig that will guarantee those tropical Hawaiian vibes without the hassle of a long haul flight. I love to be watered consistently and enjoy living in bright, indirect sunlight, and don’t forget to rotate me every so often. And nothing reminds me more than my native home than the Pierre Terrazzo Pot in Black.

Key attributes
Most commonly known as the Banana Leaf Fig because of its long, narrow leaves. One of the ficus family it's also less prone to dropping its leaves due to imperfect environmental conditions. This makes it a less intimidating, but no less dramatic looking, indoor tree.
Your new Ficus Alii comes in one size and could grow up to approximately 3m in height.
Large: 50cm-80cm in height. Planted in a 200mm black nursery pot.

Care mode
One of the easist of the fig family to grow, albiet a slower grower than it's siblings. Can do well in medium light to bright light. Keep moist during the warmer periods and generally drier during the winter cooler months. Rotate the plant every week as the leaves bend towards the light and this plant looks best with an even display of leaves. Fertilise in warmer months.
Feeding your indoor plants
To get the best out of your indoor plants, you will need to feed them some food. The Good Plant Co Indoor Plant Food will provide all the nutrients they need to grow more leaves and help them stay strong. When the plant is actively growing during the warmer months, it needs a bit more food and water. During the slow growing season (cooler winter months) your plant doesn’t eat or drink as much (no extra winter layer of fat for these babies).
