Mother Nature went full Picasso with me - then added a secret setting. I'm the Stromanthe Triostar: leaves streaked green, cream and pink with flamingo-red undersides, and here's the bit nobody tells you - my pink intensity is light-controlled. Brighter (indirect) light triggers more pink pigment; dim corners turn me greener. I'm a mood ring with roots.
I'm from Brazil's Atlantic Forest, so humidity is my love language: bathrooms, kitchens, or a spot among other plants. Keep my soil lightly moist and my leaves out of harsh sun.

This striking indoor plant never fails to catch the eye, with exotic variegated leaves of cream, green and pink! Broad, glossy leaves are arranged in fans with burgundy-pink undersides.

Specification
Your new Stromanthe Triostar comes in two sizes and could grow up to approximately 70cm in height.
Medium - 15-30cm in height. Single planted in a 140mm black nursery pot.
Large - 20-40cm in height. Multi-planted and clumping in a 200mm black nursery pot.

Care tips
Water regularly leaving the soil to dry out in between waterings and prefers to be homed in a bright room with plenty of indirect light. High humidity is needed for this plant otherwise leaf tips may go brown. Rotate the plant 90 degrees from the light source every week to create a well-shaped plant. Fertilise in warmer months.
Feeding
To get the best out of your indoor plants, you will need to feed them some food. The Good Plant Co Indoor Plant Food will provide all the nutrients they need to grow more leaves and help them stay strong. When the plant is actively growing during the warmer months, it needs a bit more food and water. During the slow growing season (cooler winter months) your plant doesn’t eat or drink as much (no extra winter layer of fat for these babies). Sometimes it’s ok to be a helicopter parent – respond to your plant’s needs. To keep the dust off your beautiful indoor plant leaves use The Good Plant Co Leaf Shine. Moral of the story, if it is growing new leaves then it will need more water and food!
