Every icon starts somewhere. I'm the baby Monstera Deliciosa - the future king of your indoor jungle, currently pocket-sized and saving you money while I'm at it. My leaves start whole and heart-shaped; the famous splits and holes arrive as I grow up. It's a whole coming-of-age story on your windowsill.
I'm as forgiving as my full-sized family: medium to bright indirect light, water when my topsoil dries, and applause as each new leaf unfurls (optional, appreciated).

Tropical forests of Bolivia.
Key attributes
Iconic split leaves, incredibly fast-growing, air-purifying, and creates an instant statement.
Intermediate. She appreciates a bit of humidity and a consistent routine, but those hand-painted leaves make it entirely worth it.
Small: 10cm-20cm in height. Planted in a 90mm black nursery pot.

Easy. She is a beginner-friendly legend that is highly forgiving if you occasionally forget to water her.
Feeding your indoor plants
To get the best out of your indoor plants, you will need to feed them some food. The Good Plant Co Indoor Plant Food will provide all the nutrients they need to grow more leaves and help them stay strong. When the plant is actively growing during the warmer months, it needs a bit more food and water. During the slow growing season (cooler winter months) your plant doesn’t eat or drink as much (no extra winter layer of fat for these babies). Sometimes it’s ok to be a helicopter parent – respond to your plant’s needs. To keep the dust off your beautiful indoor plant leaves use The Good Plant Co Leaf Shine. Moral of the story, if it is growing new leaves then it will need more water and food!
